The advantage of digital signage is quick turnaround time. Therefore, we provide customers with a way to quickly transfer slides, video footage, and other assets to and from our location  . For example, you can upload the JPEG's needed to create or update a presentation. Likewise, completed jobs can also be posted to your account's inbox. Before using this feature, you must be a registered client.

For quick file transfer, all our content is compressed and is ready for playback upon download. A typical 30-second production is around 10 megabytes and takes about 2~3 minutes to download with a cable modem connection. You should have a high-speed connection to utilize this feature.

Set up a New Account

If you already have an account, you can access files in the "File Transfer Area" on this page. Only registered clients can transfer content.

An account is not required if you prefer that we ship content to you. Since there is a maximum file size limit imposed, some content will require shipping regardless. Standard shipping fees apply. Content is typically provided on CDROM.

Setting up an account is easy. Before you start, you'll need your Customer ID number  to complete the setup form. Upon completion, you will be e-mailed your unique username and password that will give you access to our client area. There, you will find a basic browser for uploading and downloading files. Only signage content and Intellisign-related business files are permitted. All other data will be removed. Intellisign reserves the right to monitor all content transactions.
